Water Well & Solar Pump: Every horse in our care depends on clean, reliable water — and right now, that lifeline isn't guaranteed. A dedicated well means we're never at the mercy of drought, trucked-in water, or a failing pump during the hottest months. This is infrastructure our horses can't live without.

New Fencing Repairs: Safe, secure fencing is the foundation of everything we do here — it's what keeps our rescued horses protected, separated when they need to be, and free to heal without risk of escape or injury. After years of wear from weather, wildlife, and daily use, several sections of our fence line need repair, and other areas need new fencing altogether to expand safe turnout space.

Horse Shelters: Volcano's weather doesn't ask permission — scorching summers, freezing winter nights, and everything in between. New shelters give our rescued horses a safe, dry place to escape the elements, especially the ones recovering from neglect who need extra protection while they heal.

Utility Tool Shed / Mule Garage: It's not glamorous, but it's essential — a proper space to store equipment, feed, and tools keeps our operation running efficiently and our supplies protected from weather and pests.

Septic System: While it isn't glamorous - right now our ability to welcome larger groups onto the ranch for multi-day programs is limited without it. A new system means more people can come learn equine communication and human-horse partnership skills directly on-site — and more opportunities for us to fund the horses' care through the programs they make possible.

A Covered Arena means training, rehabilitation, and groundwork don't stop when the weather turns. For horses learning to trust again, consistency is everything — and this space gives our team the ability to work with them safely, rain or shine, all year long.
